טיפול מונע במעלית

ראשית, מעלית חייבת להיבדק בכל שישה חודשים על ידי בודק מעליות מוסמך.

על מנת לשמור על הבטיחות של המעלית ואורך חיי המעלית יש להקפיד על אחזקה וטיפול מונע באופן שוטף.

הזנחת הטיפולים השוטפים במעלית עלולה לגרום לסכנה בשימושה עקב שחיקה במנגנונים הרגישים של המעלית. כדי למנוע תקלות אנחנו מעניקים תחזוקה שוטפת וביקורת תקופתית קבועה, כפי שמחייב משרד העבודה, וכפי שנקבע בהתאם לסוג המעלית ולמידת השימוש בה בצו הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (התקנת מעליות ומתן שירות למעליות), תשמ"ד-1984. כל מעלית נדרשת לשירותי תחזוקה שוטפים אחת לחמישה שבועות. טיפול זה כולל שימון רכיבים, בדיקת תקינותם והחלפתם של חלקים בלויים. כמו כן, נבדקים מעגלי בטיחות, חיזוק ברגים, כיוונים, חיבורי חשמל והארקה, מיקומה של המעלית, נקודות העצירה והדלתות שלה, וניקיון של מערכות המעלית ופיר המעלית. מעלית נקיה היא מעלית בטוחה.
